About me...Kim Taylor

Personal Life

I have been married for 29 years to my high school sweetheart, Gordon.  We have 4 amazing kiddos, Connor, who is married to Brittany, Patrick, Philip and Abigail. We have lived in the Trophy Club/Roanoke area for 21 years and have been members of Gateway Church in Southlake for 17 years.  I am a member of the Roanoke Citizen's Police Academy and have decorated and staged for clients for over 20 years in and around the DFW Metroplex.  I was a partner at Design Intervention, where we designed and carried out the vision for children's departments at several local Churches.  After homeschooling the kids for 9 years and a short career in Oil & Gas, I decided to embark on a career in Real Estate, marrying the desire to decorate and stage, with purchasing and selling homes.  I have to say...I wish I would have started this journey sooner.  I love helping my clients find that perfect dream home, selling their home for top dollar or simply assisting investors design a flip home.

My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a local Dallas/Ft Worth real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

I pride myself on these three things!

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the DFW area, please contact me.
